Creamy Salsa Dip
Have a Mexican food tasting fiesta, and serve this
tasty dip. Or serve it with cut fresh vegetables after
students learn about the Vegetable Group from Princess
Peapod.
Ingredients
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup prepared salsa
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Scoop yogurt into a bowl.
2. Add salsa, cilantro and salt.
3. Mix well.
4. Enjoy with fresh cut vegetables, whole grain crackers or baked tortilla
chips.
